Centrally located in Halifax, the hub integrates a variety of functions, including artist studios, pubs, offices, institutions, and residential spaces, all designed to support the creative community. 

The design prioritizes a human-centred and sustainable living environment, promoting collaboration and cultural exchange. To enhance construction efficiency, reduce costs, and provide flexibility in space adaptation, prefabricated wall panels and laminated veneer lumber (LVL) panels are utilized. These materials not only offer warmth and a tactile experience in interiors but also support environmental responsibility.
